The Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA) is the recognized authority for prepaid information both on the Hill and in the marketplace. A non-profit organization, The NBPCA brings together leaders of the prepaid industry to formulate best practices, provide a fact-based voice to media and government and promote consumer education. The Association’s broad membership touches 70% of the prepaid market.
Two working groups, Government Relations and Media and Consumer Education, meet regularly to discuss pressing issues and provide a forum for information exchange amongst our members. The Association conducts primary research and studies, publishes white papers and represents the central prepaid voice at industry meetings and on Capitol Hill (legislative, regulatory and law enforcement).
